Welcome to ZAR ATELIER. By accessing our website and placing an order, requesting a quote, or submitting a customization request, you agree to the terms and policies set out below. These terms apply to all visitors, retail customers, and wholesale (B2B) partners.
ZAR ATELIER operates as a single atelier offering both ready-to-wear products and made-to-measure services. Where a section applies only to one of these, it is noted within that section.
Terms of Service
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing is listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Wholesale pricing applies only to verified B2B accounts and is visible after authentication. Applicable taxes, where required, are calculated at checkout.
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the agreed total to your selected payment method. Discount codes, where applied, are validated at checkout and may be subject to minimum order values, expiry dates, or use limits.
Customization and quote requests do not constitute a binding order until both parties agree on scope, measurements, timeline, and price. Accepted quotes may be converted into a formal order at our discretion.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, measurements, and any reference images or notes you share for customization requests.
We use this information to process orders, respond to quotes, deliver customizations, and communicate with you about your projects. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Uploaded media, including images, video, and voice notes submitted with a customization request, is used solely to assess and fulfill your request. Private uploads remain accessible only within your app permissions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We retain order and communication records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Shipping & Returns
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Made-to-measure and customized pieces are dispatched once production is complete and any agreed balance is settled.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
Due to the made-to-measure nature of much of our work, customized and personalized items are non-returnable except where a fault is attributable to us. Ready-to-wear items may be returned within the window stated on your order confirmation, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
Customization & Quotes
Customization requests let you describe a bespoke product or service, share measurements, reference images, video, and voice notes, and propose a deadline. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase.
Our team reviews each request and may accept, decline, or request further detail. Once accepted, we will provide a scope, price, and timeline. Work begins only after the agreed terms and any required deposit are confirmed.
Quote requests for wholesale or large-quantity orders follow the same review process and may be converted into a formal order upon agreement.

Wholesale pricing is visible to verified B2B accounts after authentication. Tiered pricing may apply based on order quantity, and quote requests can be submitted for larger volumes.
