ZAR ATELIER is a single atelier operating both a direct-to-customer online store and a wholesale channel, offering ready-to-wear products alongside made-to-measure customization services. Below is a detailed explanation of how we operate and the journey each customer follows.
How We Operate
Retail Sales
We sell ready-to-wear apparel and accessories directly to individual customers through our online store. Each listed product corresponds to physical inventory held at our atelier.
Wholesale & B2B
Verified wholesale partners can access tiered pricing based on order volume. B2B customers request quotes for bulk orders, and accepted quotes convert into formal orders with agreed terms.
Customization & Made-to-Measure
Customers can request bespoke or customized pieces by sharing measurements, reference images, and deadlines. Our atelier reviews each request and provides a quote before production begins.
Locations & Inventory
Pakistan Atelier
Wadood Plaza Basement, opp. Zemani Mall, Swabi, 23430. This is our primary production and inventory facility, where ready-to-wear stock is stored and customization orders are produced.
UK Dispatch Point
Stockport Road, Manchester M19 2TJ. Our UK location supports international dispatch and customer service for customers outside Pakistan.
All products listed on our website correspond to genuine physical inventory held at our atelier. We do not use catalog or stock images; every product photo represents the actual item available for purchase.
The Customer Journey
From first visit to delivery, here is what happens at each step of the customer journey.
1 - Discover
Customers discover ZAR ATELIER through our online store, social channels, or word of mouth. They browse ready-to-wear collections, the fashion showcase, or our portfolio of past work.
2 - Browse & Select
Visitors explore products by collection, category, or showcase. Each product page shows real inventory photos, sizing, fabric details, and pricing in PKR with optional live currency conversion for international customers.
3 - Order or Request Quote
Customers can buy ready-to-wear items directly through the cart, or request a quote for wholesale and bulk orders. B2B accounts unlock tiered wholesale pricing after authentication.
4 - Customization (Optional)
For made-to-measure pieces, customers submit a customization request with measurements, reference images, video, and voice notes. Our atelier reviews each request and responds with scope, price, and timeline.
5 - Production & Quality Check
Ready-to-wear items are picked from physical inventory. Custom pieces enter production at our atelier. Every item is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
6 - Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are shipped from our Pakistan or UK dispatch points. Customers receive shipping confirmation and can track their order. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the base currency. International customers can use our live currency converter to view estimated prices in USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies. Converted amounts are estimates based on current exchange rates; final settlement is processed in PKR unless otherwise agreed.
We accept manual payment and cash-on-delivery for domestic orders. Wholesale and B2B orders may have custom payment terms agreed during the quote process. Discount codes, where available, are validated at checkout.
